Overview

The mastery layer of the Grades 4–6 science spiral, and the end of the elementary sequence. Data analysis and peer review, astronomy and cosmology, the periodic table and chemical change, genetics and body systems, environmental stewardship, electricity and waves — closing with a student-led research project.

Pacing: one lesson per week, 18 weeks.
